If you are a high school senior, you must send a letter of recommendation from a current teacher, administrator, or guidance counselor. (College students do not have to do this).
If you are already in college, be sure to send your most recent GPA.
Please send a one-page essay covering topics such as activities, achievements, honors, community service and work experience. The essay should include thoughts on how May Memorial Church has helped and will continue to help you personally and academically.
